RAFFLE FOR A CAUSE

ND2K-One Barkadahan Raffle for a Cause — Terms and Condition/Mechanics

1. 1. Organizer.

   The “Notre Dame of Marbel Alumni Batch 2001 Grand Alumni Homecoming Raffle for a Cause (ND 2K-One Barkadahan Raffle for a Cause)”, in partnership with the Golden Jubilarians Batch 1976, is organized by the Notre Dame of Marbel University - Integrated Basic Education Department High School (NDMU-IBED HS) Batch 2001; and the Notre Dame of Marbel - Siena School of Marbel (formerly Notre Dame of Marbel for Girls High School Department) Batch 2001, collectively referred to as ND 2K-One Barkadahan, through its duly constituted Raffle & Finance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “HOST”). All proceeds shall benefit the NDMU-IBED and ND-Siena Scholarship Programs and the community outreach programs of ND 2K-One Barkadahan.

2. 2. Eligibility

   The raffle is open to everyone, except the HOST- the Alumni of Batch 2001 of NDMU-IBED HS and NDM (for Girls) HS.

3. 3. Raffle Period

   Raffle tickets shall be available beginning March 2026 until December 28, 2026. Qualified entries are raffle tickets that are:

   • Duly purchased and fully paid;
   • Completely filled out with accurate and legible information; and
   • Submitted to authorized members of the Batch 2001 Raffle Committee or deposited in designated drop boxes.

4. 4. Grand Draw Details

   The Grand Raffle Draw will be held on December 29, 2026 during the Grand Alumni Homecoming Night at the Notre Dame of Marbel University Campus Grounds, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.

5. 5. Drawing Procedure

   Raffle tickets shall be drawn using a customized tambiolo. The draw shall be conducted in the presence of a duly authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Heads of the Raffle and Finance Committee.

6. 6. Prizes (Tax-Free)

   For the December 29, 2026 Grand Raffle Draw:

   • One (1) Winner – BYD Sealion 6 DM-i
   • Multiple winners of prizes worth approximately Php 1,000,000, including but not limited to small household appliances and gift certificates.

7. 7. One Prize Rule

   An entry may win only once per draw. If the same person is drawn for two (2) or more (major and/or minor) prizes:

   • The prize of highest value shall be awarded; and
   • The entry corresponding to the lower-value prize shall be returned to the tambiolo for re-drawing.

8. 8. Declaration of Winners

   • Winners shall be officially declared and approved by the DTI representative present during the draw.
   • Prize claim stubs or official confirmation documents shall thereafter be issued.

9. 9. Notification of Winners

   Winners shall be notified through:

   • SMS or voice call using the contact details indicated on the raffle ticket; and
   • Official posting on the Batch 2001 Facebook page and ND Marbel Grand Alumni Homecoming page.

10. 10. Claiming of Prizes

    Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from the date of the draw at the designated claiming venue in City of Koronadal, to be announced on the official Facebook page.

    To claim, winners must present:

    • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs; and
    • The original winning raffle ticket stub.

11. 11. Claiming Through an Authorized Representative

    If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, a representative may claim on their behalf upon submission of:

    • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA);
    • Photocopies of two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the winner;
    • Original and photocopy of the representative’s valid ID;
    • The original winning raffle ticket stub; and
    • Participation in a video call verification, if required by the HOST.

12. 12. Claiming of the Grand Prize Vehicle

    The winner of the BYD Sealion 6 DM-i shall claim the vehicle subject to the following terms:

    • The vehicle shall be released through the official authorized vehicle dealer partner of the raffle.
    • The prize includes standard factory specifications only. Accessories, upgrades, additional features, or add-ons shall be at the winner’s expense.
    • Registration with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) shall be facilitated in coordination with the authorized dealer and shall be subject to the dealer’s standard processing time, documentary requirements, and terms and conditions.
    • The vehicle shall be registered under the name of the declared raffle winner OR such other individual as the winner may designate, subject to compliance with the authorized dealer’s and the Land Transportation Office (LTO)’s documentary requirements and applicable regulations. The HOST shall not be responsible for any issues arising from the winner’s chosen registration arrangement.
    • The winner shall shoulder any expenses not expressly included in the prize package.
    • The winner must comply with all documentary requirements required by the dealer and the LTO for proper registration.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-exchangeable.

13. 13. Seller’s Incentive

    A cash incentive of Php 20,000 shall be awarded to the registered seller of the Grand Prize-winning ticket.

14. 14. Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

    Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the draw date shall be forfeited in favor of the HOST.

15. 15. Validation and Disqualification

    The HOST reserves the right to validate tickets, verify eligibility, and disqualify participants who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

16. 16. Finality of Decisions

    All decisions of the HOST, through the Raffle Committee, with final approval of the Batch Presidents, shall be final and binding.
